The wonderful site of Oxbow Falls! Also known as Lockbow Falls, this magical 120-acre land includes a shoreline of
5,000-square-foot site (1,524 m) on the Petite-Nation River
and is a major attraction in the Lac-Simon region. The
forest is mixed and the topography is varied: flat with
slight slope on the shore of the water and steep slope in
some places. A path of 1 km was built on the site and hydro
poles have been installed. There is of course the tumult of
the falls, but there is also a small beach and a peaceful
lake for swimming and canoeing or kayaking. This beautiful
place is located between Chénéville and Montpellier at 25
min from Highway 50, 1 hour from Gatineau / Ottawa and 1:30
from Montreal.
- Ideal for single owner or investor
- The land can be subdivided into more than 20 lots
including 5 lots on the shore of the river.
